All you have to do is download the preset... Let's say it's "awakened mind.bwg" ... next delete the current file named presets
After that, rename the awakened mind.bwg as 'presets' and open bwg and it doesn't know the difference...
now if you want the regular defaults.. just delete all the file named "presets" and open the program and it will extract all the regular presets from "default.bwg" just make sure you don't delete that
