My advice to you all is to research everything before you do anything as there is nothing worse than starting something you know not a lot about. It's scary stuff and has left me still shaken up about some experiences that has happened to me. I suggest you don't do it at all and leave the spirit world as just that.. a spirit world for the dead.. not the living.
