All you have to do is go to the Yahoo website which is located at www.yahoo.com
And you should see a litte circle somewhere up in the left hand corner of the webpage that says messanger....
you then click on that and it will bring you to another webpage that will let you download, and when the download starts you click save this item to disk or whatever and click ok find out where you want to save it to such as C:\my documents
or wherever you which to save it at on your computer....when the file is done downloading you are ready for the installation...if you need help with that email me
