I plan to leave Huntington Beach, fly to England and buy a motorscooter. I want to buy and exotic mechine like a SYM Shark 125 or a Italjet Millennium 150 and bring it back to the USA. I am researching the government reg. on importing such an item. It is not a easy thing; Dot, FMVSS, NHTSA ect. I may have to settle for a genaric Vespa or BMW.
I Plan to land in London cross over to France, stay a month, drive to Spain and then end up in Portugal. I am going with my wife and we are going for three months. I have bought two books;'Frommers Europe' and 'Motorcycle journey through the alps'.
Any Advice about anything would be helpful.
