The Bible is very clear that ALL the work of the devil is FALSE! That would have to include the Quija board. That means that all his "signs and wonders" are FAKE!
The devil does not know the future and he can not kill indescriminately.
The Bible is also clear that only God has the power over life and death, not Satan.
