I'm Jonathan and I can tell you what you did wrong.Hears what you do.1 use the board by candle light when it's dark outside (at about 9:00pm).2 be patient,at first it will take a while (once you get it going it should move at a good speed). 3 don't press on the pointer it won't move if you press too hard (just relax your fingers on the pointer).4 clear your mind and relax,be calm and don't say "this isn't working" or else it won't (I made that mistake and it took me and my cousin a half hour to make it work).That's all you and your friend have to do and remeber this goes for both of you.I hope you succeed.
